Justin Cogley

Justin Cogley is currently the Executive chef at Aubergine in Carmel, CA. Creating each dish with purpose and bringing diners flavors that are unique and pure is what he does best. Prior to his career as a chef, Cogley was a professional international figure skater performing with “Disney on Ice.” Traveling/ touring with the show for four years in Asia, Australia and Europe, Cogley was exposed to new flavors cuisines and cultures. After graduating with top honors in 2005, he launched his culinary career on the team at Charlie Trotter’s.

Under the watchful eye of Chef Trotter and his team Cogley became Chef De Cuisine. 2014 Big Sur International Marathon changed Cogley’s life and he hopes to inspire others. In 2015 Cogley entered two full Ironman triathlons, several ½ Ironman triathlons and many running races. Justin will partake in Chefs Cycle a 300-mile bicycle ride down the coast of California to feed hungry children. You can make a donation to support this cause on Chef Cogley’s website.
