Craig Alexander

Craig Alexander

Craig was inspired to get into triathlons after he had seen one on TV and heard about the Hawaiian Ironman. He was at college and really just trained to try and get in shape after a layoff from all sports due to a hernia. His advice for a first time triathlete is to find experienced training partners, train consistently and be patient.

Ironman World Championship

A simple commitment Craig made to himself 20 years ago is to be the very best athlete he could. This is what gets him out of bed every morning and training!
